Making the most of your time with us. At the Clinic we work on an appointment basis so arriving late will limit your allocated treatment time, however full treatment cost will apply. To avail of course discounts all courses are paid in full in advance of starting courses. All booking deposits are non-transferable, non-refundable. 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations; without this the full treatment cost will apply, or your allocated course session will automatically be deducted from courses.
NOTE: Please inform our therapists of any medical conditions which may be affected by our services e.g. pregnancy, blood pressure, allergies or physical ailments. Unfortunately the Clinic does not accommodate children under the age of 14 years.
